My day job as a historian and other responsibilities caught up with me during COVID so it's been quite some time since I posted any Mayflower genealogy images or information. The good news is that if you are actually an aficionado of space program history, my long-awaited book on the history of NASA's research in that field during the shuttle and early space station years is finally out. My author copy arrived in the mail yesterday, so it's real.
This book is unique, covering a topic pretty much overlooked by other historians of space programs and policy and I tried to make it a good read as well. If you work for a library or are affiliated with a college or university in any way, I would appreciate you recommending it to the library's acquisitions staff. Libraries have to learn about it in order to know it exists and then acquire it, so recommendations are helpful.
